Stayed in a posh flat above noisy shops with unfinished floors and missing plugs. But hey, it was close to shops and nightlife! Yay!

Trying to locate and access the property was a delightfully complicated adventure.

My recent stay at Grace Apartments - Living Waters 2 was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the shops and enjoying the nightlife. The property was completed to a modern high standard and the beautiful bathroom suite was a highlight. Although there were a few disappointments, such as the unfinished floor and cupboard in the bathroom and the lack of a plug for the bath, overall, the apartment offered a comfortable stay. Despite the advertised free parking being only available during certain hours and requiring moving the car, it was manageable. The pictures advertised were a mix of two properties, but that didn't significantly impact my experience. While the proximity to the night lift resulted in one noisy night, it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this apartment for its central location and comfortable accommodations.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and provided everything I needed, including a gym and swimming pool. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with shops and nightlife just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I keep coming back because I have no regrets. The staff even helped me with a morning wake-up call during my first stay. This place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, free parking, amenities like a dryer and electric kettle, and even a fitness centre, tennis court, and squash. Can't wait for Christmas!

The room at Grace Apartments - Living Waters 2 was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen where I could easily prepare my own meals. The flat-screen TV and the sofa were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring Ashford. I also appreciated the complimentary wireless Internet access, which kept me connected throughout my stay.

I personally wasn't a fan of the oven in the apartment. But hey, that's just me - others might still find it useful.

Actually locating and accessing the property was a hassle due to the complicated one-way system and access being above shops. Had to maneuver past car parking in the loading bay, which was difficult with luggage.
